Define the shared record
Enter parties, document number, date, currency and trade terms. Each good has a stable SKU. Currency selection formats values; it does not perform exchange conversion.
Clarify packages and weights
Net and gross weights are totals for the whole line. Dimensions describe one carton. CBM = packages × length × width × height / 1,000,000 for centimetres. Allocate mixed cartons deliberately to avoid counting them twice.
Compare independent source data
Paste invoice and packing-list CSVs with canonical headers. Repeated SKUs are aggregated. Quantity and weight comparisons occur only where both sources supply fields. Missing is not matched. Arbitrary PDFs/OCR are not supported.
Review the required data
Completeness and syntax checks do not certify HS classifications, tax registration, destination rules or customs compliance. Ask your broker to review actual requirements.
Save and hand off
Save a version, review the actual PDF and prepare the full five-document ZIP. The archive records hashes for change detection, not an official signature or customs approval. Protect your private backup.
